Our current Programs:
Half-Day Tennis Camps:
The Half-Day Tennis Camps are organized by a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and include 2 hours of tennis instruction with small breaks. There will be a FREE BBQ Lunch on the last day and campers can purchase snacks from the clubhouse throughout the week (ie. freezies, drinks etc.) at the Tuck Shop. Racquets can be provided if needed. Campers will be divided up according to age and tennis ability and all levels are welcome. At the younger ages we will play a variety of tennis games to assist in their progression and the older ages will often play a tournament to finish the week.
All Day Tennis and Sports Camps:
The Camp is organized by a USPTA Certified Tennis Professional and will include 3-5 hours of on court tennis along with other sports such as; soccer, ball hockey, capture the flag, soccer baseball, touch football and more!! The camp will run rain or shine and will include a free BBQ lunch each Friday and healthy snacks throughout the week. Campers are encouraged to bring a bathing suit and towels on hot days to run through the water park next to the club. There is a TUCK Shop at the clubhouse where campers can purchase small snacks (such as freezies) during breaks and each camper should pack a lunch and snacks. (Racquets can be provided if needed).
Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity for adults that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout. It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by ATA professionals.
If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis. Regardless of ability or fitness cardio tennis is designed to provide the ultimate workout for each person.
